The design flow
1. Product definition
Initial meeting with the client to meet the design team. The team then reviews the product’s documentation to better understand the goals, after which a Q&A meeting follows.
2. Research & analysis
Domain research (desk and user research), exploring existing products and services, coming up with dozens of ideas and choosing the best possible solutions.
3. Prototyping & concept validation
Turning possible solutions into sketches and low-fidelity mockups. Defining user flows and validating the concept designs.
4. Visual design
Defining a unique visual language, turning the low-fidelity mockups into high-fidelity, and creating complete prototypes.
5. Design review & evaluation
Presenting the mockups to the client. Improvements and refinements until everything is approved.

Web Factory MK is a self-founded Macedonian domestic entity founded in 2009 by four engineers. It has grown to a nationally recognised software development company, in the top 5%, and currently employs over 80 engineers.
Do you work with Startups? Can we start development without specification?
Yes. It is possible. We have experience supporting startups, projects that start application/service development when the specifications are not fixed, and developing prototypes and brushing up rather than dropping them in the specifications because changes are always required. We have experienced such collaboration, and we create prototypes at high speed and develop with an agile approach.

The collaboration timeline heavily depends on the scope of work and the team size. Each case is unique and the work scope can only be defined once we discuss your plans and objectives.
